This seventh-generation M5 introduces an electrified drivetrain for the first time, combining a 4.4-liter V8 turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor. The combined system delivers an impressive 535 kW of power and 1,000 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. The M5's plug-in hybrid system features an 18.6 kWh battery, providing an electric driving range of nearly 70 km (WLTP). In electric mode, the vehicle can reach speeds up to 140 km/h.
